Looking for a pair of screens

Hi chaps, my 26" Samsung TV screen is starting to die and to be honest, I'm a little cramped in the low 1360x768 resolution.

So I'm looking for a pair of screens to replace it. Here's what I'm after.

• Budget of £400 for the pair.
• Would prefer 24" screens, but I don't mind dropping a size for a superior model.
• Minimum 1080 vertical resolution.
• Colour repoduction must be good, but to be honest as long as reds and red and don't bleed, I'm not going to notice.
• Both will be used on Windows and one will double up as a 360 monitor.
• I'd prefer a make that offers a no dead pixel policy, which I belive is the case with Samsung. Does Dell have anything similar?
