A link was posted on here in the last couple of months to a flash game.
It was based around formula 1 and you had to select a team, driver, pit girl etc.
You then qualified by pressing the right key as quickly as possible, then raced calling in for pit stops when required and setting the drive aggression.
I've spent about 10 minutes searching and can't find it...
