looking for a pc upgrade

i have got £600 to spend on my computer what do you thing i can upgrade im not a gameing person
case is antec 300
abit ip35 pro exe motherboard
corsair 4gb ddr2 ram
intel core 2 quad pro q6600 2.4oghz
corsair tx 650 psu
gainward geforce 9800 gtx+512m
hardrive and dvd drivers are all sata .i use the pc for watching tv and just messing around and converting videos to dvds i go 3

GPU can be removed I guess, but doesn't hurt to update it.
Could always change the case?

All you really need is the above minus the hard drive I guess, SSD will make the whole system nice and snappy! 8GB of RAM, new i5 CPU and a decent board to bring the system up to speed.

GPU isn't a record breaker but can be upgraded without hurting your budget.

what about a cpu and a pc case and will they built it for me or am i better off buying the Online Configurator pc .? thanks
