Looking for a phone around £100

Hi all, I need to pick up a phone for my son as he has started walking home from school on his own now so would be good if he had the ability to call us if he needs to.

Any advice on what models to look for?

I've currently seen the Nokia C21 Plus, XIAOMI Redmi 10C and a refurbished iPhone 8 around this price point.
 
Any more suggestions for a cheapish mobile? Think I'll be getting my daughter one for Xmas, and then I guess there'll be a sim card to sort for it too, so if here are any amazing deals or places let me know.

I recently bought a Motorola G31 to use whilst my P6 Pro was getting repaired. It was £120. It was surprisingly decent for the price. Using reminding me how much better a physical fingerprint reader is compared to the optical ones.
