Looking for a power bank. Any suggestions?

I was going to get this but it's gone up over almost £15 in the last few weeks! Should have got it when it was cheap :(

I have a ravpower also but a older version 16000,the usb port broke on mine within 3 months and im not a big user (mainly for my camera),got a refund from amazon within 5 mins and the company also sent me a new powerbank, cant fault the customer service and i also have a anker powerbank 18000,both work really good and serve the purpose.

What are your impressions?

Heard the Anker takes forever to charge, especially compared to the Ravpower. Anyone confirm this?

Leave both on charge when im asleep so don't really now which charges faster,i don't run them down either, one is always fully charged.

I have one of the early Anker 20,000mah ones and it does take a long time to charge - not sure if that still the same with recent ones/all models. Their ~10,000 and 13,000mah models I have aren't too bad for charging.

Tempted to try the PortaPow 10,200mah battery as the Ankers don't like trickle charging and many of the models don't like being charged and used as a power source at the same time and that battery is intended for both.

20,000mah obes will tak a while to charge, its about 6 times the capacity of your average mobile phone.

I prefer smaller capacity ones, smaller and you can get a good couple of charges out of them, think id only want something bigger if I was going to spend day's away from a power point.

About 8 hours, not really all that long, be done overnight. The only time i use battery packs is when im camping and i need to charge mine and others phones a few times.

Is this a good one to get? I'd probably only need it for on average of one or two recharges at a time. I'd also like one that I could carry around in my pocket.

Reviews suggest so, and Anker is more reputable than other brands.

I've bought something smaller capacity and physically though. It was cheaper too, as wasn't sure how much I would use it once I get bored of Pokemon Go.

Lad at work has a few "anker" branded things, USB hubs, power banks etc and has had to send a few things back after them breaking. Said their cs is good but was disappointed the stuff broke. I have a xiaomi powerbank, haven't used it a great deal but it was nice and cheap and looks beautiful for a power bank :P

Quite jealous of all these deals. Seen the PowerCore 20100 for 29.99 but it won't ship to Northern Ireland from Amazon (just like all the others) :(

Anyone know of any other decent stores to grab an Anker from? Everything else just seems to be Ebay.

Same here. Managed to buy from ebay but a day later I got refunded as they cant ship to NI. Hopes were crushed :(
