Looking for a pre-built console that preferably comes with two arcade-style controllers

I've been watching a few review videos on YT, but tbh there are so many boxes with similar specs that I could do with some help - I'm hoping someone here can help me make a good purchase

I'm after a box that comes pre-loaded with a gazillion games so I don't have to mess around. (Though I will if I have to)

• I'm primarily interested in the classic arcade games, which I know aren't demanding... Defender, Galaga, Commando etc. I think they're a 'given' with anything I could choose.
• Very keen on playing Tecmo World Cup Soccer again
• I'm also keen to play old Spectrum games again - and also BBC, CPC, Atari 800... the stuff I grew up with.
• I'd definitely like to play PS1 properly - especially V-Rally, Wipeout, Gran Turismo, Ridge Racer etc.
• N64 would be a bonus, as would Dreamcast
• Proper joysticks and chunky buttons please - doesn't need to be the very best Streetfighter-capable stuff, but solid. I might add PS1 style controllers too, to cover the PS1 gaming.
• I'd rather keep the cost below £100 because I have no idea how long it'll keep my interest, so don't want to over-invest!
  

I've been poking around on AliExpress but the Pandora boxes, and some similar ones which come with the console built into a controller, seem a bit ropey in terms of emulation and being able to tweak settings etc afterwards.
Meanwhile there are some nice looking stand-alone consoles but I'll need to add a pair of joysticks - in which case please recommend some
