Looking for a program that will find duplicate copies of a file within a folder?

Hi,

I need to deleted a load of files which have duplicated themselves only I need to obviously keep the originals, or at least 1 copy of each file, whether they're original or not does not matter.

Does anyone know of any decent free programs that I can use?
