Looking for a quiet graphics card

i presently have an HD3650 but the fan is going and makes a noise thats been peeing me off big time so i want a card to replace it. quiet is whats most important so i had ordered HD5550 but its defective so its going back. question is should i just get another and hope the replacements fine or go for something else. if something else, what?

i rarely game but video acceleration id but thats not narrowing it down, should i just get an HD5450 instead? is there any better options out there?

please feel free to suggest as i really have no clue anymore

well id say £50ish, i dont think id use it enough to justify any more than that. plus more power just means more heat which im not wildly keen on
