I'm looking to ditch Sky so I'll need a freesat box (or similar) that'll allow me to record TV and access a host of channels.

I have a budget of £150 and am currently absolutely clueless about them.

Can anyone recommend some boxes to look at or maybe some websites that'll help me decide?

Speed, ease of use HD/4K content and stability are my general criteria.

Thanks!

Go have a look at them in Curry's, I also noticed Sainsburys (large store) had a few in if you want to see them in the flesh.

Can do. I don't mind what it looks like but do mind how easy it is to use, how reliable it is and how much content it can store. Also features like recording two programs at once will be useful for example.

I know Sky does all this but am clueless about other boxes.

I'm happy to attempt to do the research myself but I don't have much time these days so wondered if anyone had some personal recommendations.
