Looking for a RGB GPU

Brother's looking to replace his old 970 and he asked me to post on the forums.

He has a budget of £300-£400 and he's really into his RGB lighting.
Can anyone recommend a decent card with RGB capabilities?

This is his current spec.

MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
Ryzen 5 3600
Bitfenix Formula 750W

Aorus RTX 2*** services. Had led on the fans which created the most dazzling display . Specially now RTX 3000 is out and prices dropped second hand.

Don't go 2080ti with it as cooler then struggled .

New Aorus cards have unfortunately stopped the ARGB fans on the new series
