Looking for a small quiet cpu cooler

hey guys , so I recently built a new mini itx pc, and ATM it has a amd stock cpu cooler. It's crazy loud and temps average at like 55 which isn't good. The socket is fm2+ for my amd Athlon x4 860k. I don't plan on overclocking the cpu.

It's a mini itx mobo too, so I can't have something big. Any ideas on what would be best for low noise and still effective cooling?

What case do you have as that will determine the hieght of the cooler ?

The height wont be a factor because i have the side panel off. But if it stays cool i wouldn't mind putting the panel back on .

Think I've got one of these Raijintek Zelos in a box in the loft if it's any good to you. Just pay P&P.

Used it on an FM1 setup a while ago which has since been dismantled.
