Looking for a solid starter PC

I'm looking for a solid starter gaming PC. I don't really want to spend top dollar for it. I'm mostly interested in FPS titles with some RPGs like Skyrim. Is there any decent starter PCs that could run battlefield 1 or V at 60FPS 1080P.

Can anyone give some good recommendations?

Thanks for the recommendation, it's way cheaper then what my friend said. I'll defo look into this. Would a WiFi adapter be alright or would you just say just use a wired connection. Im trying to avoid having wires everywhere around the house. If wired still better I can some adjustments. But overall thanks for the help .

What about cooling? Is it worth bothering with liquid or should I stick with fans?
