Looking For A Speaker Cable.

Hi all,

I want to replace the cables that plug into the sub from speakers, they are really long. I only need about 1m.

Can anyone recommend me any decent brands? Not wanting to spend much though (say 10quid?)

The cable (that I want a shorter version of) is quite strange. Its a normal cable but at the end it splits into a piece of wire which is then inserted into the sub. There are 2 of these cables.

Is it ok just to cut the cable?

I have 2 of these cable. Goes from Sub to speakers.

I cut the cable guys and it works fine

. Ive also noticed a nice increase in quality too which was probably casued by no more endless meters of cable all screwed up behind the case lol.
