Looking for a tablet

Hello,
My wife is looking for a new tablet, our budget is £200, this include most of the overclocker range on the site she has an old Android 2.2 tablet. at the moment but wants to play a lot of the more modern games. I noticed a lot are on pre-order but that is okay it will be two weeks before I get the money together.

Any advice is welcome, we live pretty close to the shop so would be calling in to pick it up.

my logic would say nexus 7 but you don't say a size preference

She is looking for something bigger than her current 8" model and it needs to be as near to 100% compatible with all the games on offer at the android/google/play store.
Also the price can go higher I believe £400 is the absolute limit but for that I would want something absolutely amazing.

I heard there were some issues with the Nexus 10 were most of them solved if so that may be the one to go for.

My seven developed a fault and they shipped a brand new unit for delivery the next day.
