Looking for a TV this weekend

Hi guys, looking to go out and purchase a new TV this weekend, but having a hard time sorting through all the various options.

With a budget of £400 - 500 there definitely seems to be some reasonable 4k options out there in the 40 -50" size range.

The LG 49UH620V 49" at £480 has caught my eye.

Just after some suggestions really!

problem with lg tvs is they use IPS which the black levels are not so good. if you watch tv in a lit room then it's not a issue but if you watch tv in a dark room at night then the blacks looks not good.

personally i would go for a VA TV. if you can find any nowadays

i just went from a VA tv to IPS tv and tbh i really miss the VA tv due to very deep blacks,

I was also looking at that tv but read it's not proper 4K, It uses white pixels to fill in gaps or something technical like that.
