Looking for a very small monitor to use for a home server

I'm in the process of building a home server. I'm not planning on hooking the server up to a monitor most of the time, but I foresee occasions when I will need to troubleshoot the server and will thus need visual access.

What I'm looking for is a small LCD monitor (possibly with a touch screen, but that's not essential). That's easy enough. The crunch comes with this: I don't want a screen that sits around, in the way. Ideally, I want something that can be integrated into the front or top of a standard pc tower case (ideally top, as I intend for the case to sit on the floor), or possibly even something that hides away inside 1 or more 5.25" bays that can slide/flip out at the touch of a button.

Does anyone know of such a product? Or am I living in fantasy land?

Use a remote desktop connection. Comes with vista as default. I've got a server with windows server 2008 on it, anything I need to do with it is done over remote desktop, so I never need to have it connected up to a screen.

Though I have dual screens so it's not much of a problem in that sense, just a lot quicker than changing inputs on my monitor.
