looking for adblock plus type app for IE7

Its great in firefox and wondered if there is a similar one for IE7. I've noticed that you can get plugins for this now too.

Any ideas?

Why mess about with possibly insecure addons when you can block the problem from ever reaching your pc, like stopping any unnecessary outgoing connections to a whole host of ad and bad sites?

Apart from being one of the simplest and probably oldest ways of doing the job, it will block any ads in all programs like msn messenger etc.
