Hi everyone,

I am on limited funds, ~£400, and I am looking to replace a very cheap pair of AOC monitors (22" and 24") that are starting to fail with a single 34" ultrawide. I have been considering the Cooler Master GM34-CWQ ARGB but was wondering if there was anything else for the same money that is better? I am running an EVGA 2070 which should be enough to drive it ... I hope?

Any advice gratefully received.

Personally I'm not a fan of VA panels, but I recently got a benq EX3415R and love it. It's around £550 currently if you can stretch your budget a little bit.

In terms of running it, I have a 2080 at the moment and do need to turn down settings. DLSS to balanced or quality with medium shadows/lighting is enough for 100+ fps for me.

I got a samsung 34" G5 uwqhd 165hz curved gaming monitor, i know there are better ones out there but i paid £320 for a new one when it was on offer, not tried it yet as i have not built my new rig, going to be running it with a 3090.
