Looking for advice on a new monitor purchase

Hey guys, long time no post.

I've got a rough specs list I am looking for in a monitor and I was hoping for some help.

I currently have a generic 1080p 27" 60Hz Samsung monitor but I am looking to upgrade to a monitor with the following specs:

120Hz or more
1440p
1ms response time
G-Sync
27"

I have around £350-£400 to spend, but obviously would prefer to stay on the lower end of that budget.

any recommendations welcome - thanks a lot!

Get a monitor that is GSync-compatible, so you're not limited to Nvidia GPUs.

Have you considered an ultrawide monitor?

My two choices would be: Dell S2721DGF and LG 27GL850. They are the best two for 1440p/144Hz/27"

Check Hardware Unboxed on Youtube, they do super in depth reviews and roundups of monitors.

Well, there is that but I think they will be available again soon.
You can also buy them from high street retailers no problem. Would be nice if OcUK stocked them.
