Looking for advice on an upgrade

Hey all,

I'm looking for some advice on upgrading my 4 year old rig. It was top of the line when I bought it, and it's held up extremely well, but I'm looking for something to kick it up a notch or two as it's starting to struggle a little now.

This is the core of what I'm currently running :

Asus Rampage II Extreme Mobo
Intel i7 920 CPU clocked to 4.2Ghz
6GB Corsair XMS3 1600Mhz RAM
XFX Radeon 5870 in Crossfire

I'm thinking possibly just a RAM and Gfx upgrade should get me another year or two out of it (unless it decides to blow up on me!)

If I said I had about 500-600 to spend, what could anyone recommend as a solid upgrade to last me another year or so? All suggestions are more than welcome.

That's a fairly weighty upgrade! I didn't expect to be able to grab all of that for my budget. I'll have to pay shipping as I'm in Ireland, but that's no biggie at all.
