Looking for advice on GPU upgrade

My current rig spec is:

Core2Quad Q9450
Asus P5Q-Deluxe
8Gb PC6400 Corsair Ballistix Tracer RAM
2 x Samsung F1 320Gb in RAID 0
BFG 8800GTS 512 OC

Would I see a big boost in games if I went up to a GTX 260 like the BFG 260 OCX MAXCORE? I game at 1680 x 1050 and can just about get Crysis to run at an ok FPS with everything on HIGH, but with no AA or AF.
