Looking for advise on a graphics card.

Hi, i originally built my pc about 6 years ago with parts from Ocerclockers, i think it needs an upgrade !
I am wanting to upgrade my pc to run Farming Simulator 2017.
My pc spec at the moment is, AMD Phenom 2 x4 955 processor 3.2ghz, 6GB Ram, Radeon HD 4800 graphics card and Vista 64.
I know i need Windows 7 or better, but i am a bit lost with the graphics card. FS17 says you need Nvidia Geforce GTS 450 Series , AMD Radeon HD 6770 or better. What would you recommend ? Also is the cpu up to running a better card ?

Think its time for a new pc.

You could get windows 7 or 10 as long as your motherboard supports it, new gpu and give it a try.
