looking for an alternative to iTunes

Hi

I recently used itunes a lot on account of subscribing to certain podcasts and itunes was a good way of aquiring them.

the thing is itunes asked me to update which i did and now when ever i open the program i am presented with an error message.

Ive uninstalled redownloaded done everything but cannot get itunes to run.

can anybody reccomend an alternative program where i can subscribe to podcasts and it will automatically search and download them for me ?

Winamp

It has a podcast directory and you can search for whatever you like.

I have used it for years now and find even moving music and podcasts to my iPod so much easier than iTunes.

I honestly cannot believe that itunes I made the honest mistake of updating it and its now kaput. Ive even system restored , redownloaded , everything I cant believe it, its a royal pain in the ass.

Last night I thought i'd have quick game of Empire total war and just update itunes first because it asked me to and the next thing i,m faffing around with itunes all night. :rolleyes:
