Looking for an app that....

...will let me do 2D floor plans of my house so I can plan layouts/posible building work etc. Needs to be fairly easy to use and not very expensive.

To be honest I'd just use google sketch up. It's 3D, but you can very easily draw in 2D. It will be more intuitive than any other cheap/free 2D software out there, plus lots of tutorials on youtube.

Edit: Creo Elements as linked above won't work on mac, you'd have to run it through parallels or vmware
