Looking for an app

Hi guys,

I was looking for an app where I could control my PCs Windows Media Player through WIFI. The features I need:

* Search for a song / playlist
* Skip Track
* Adjust volume

I'm using Jumione at the moment but I can't search for files

Which platform you wanting it on?

For Iphone check out http://www.alloysoft.com/

For Android Check out Gmote.

On iPad I use Splashtop, works great for controlling my desktop pc.

Streams video and audio to iPad over wi-fi no problem.

If you have an Apple product can't you just use remote on your ipod to access Itunes on your Pc.

I know its not Media player but it does that same job in a very annoying apple way.

Cheers for the info guys. I'm using my iPhone 3GS. I've never tried using iTunes really, it frustrates me. I might look into it though, it might be a better solution

I purchased an in app feature of jumione and it allows me to use a keyboard so it's sort of works, just a bit clunky

I'll see what info I can find on the iTunes option.

Im also a small hater of everything apple despite having an iPhone and I'd agree with going down the iTunes/Remote options. Absolutely seamless.
