Looking for an Easy to use CAD/Floor layout Planner

As title,

Been asked by a friend to see what's available and easy to use. He has been tasked with presenting some floor plan layouts for building Fire Safety.

I am not sure what's out there and tbh he isn't exactly 'computer literate' so something that's relatively easy to use or at least work out.

Something like this: (Just Googled the sort of thing he needs to do):

google sketchup is pretty easy to use and can do some decent stuff
