Looking for an iPod speaker dock

I am wanting to get a good quality iPod speaker dock for the house. I have always planned on getting a Bose Soundock II after hearing one in a shop, but before I shell out £215 on one I would like to know if there are equally as good alternatives that don't cost as much.? I have a feeling that when buying the Bose I would be paying a lot just for the name.

the logic 3 Jive box has fantastic sound. Was going to get one my self but put the money towards a pc. Its around £100 mark and i personally think it sounds better then bose. Bass on the jive box is fantastic. You do pay for the name but the bose still a top ipod station, if that was my cash i would go for the jive box

. Look channel 5 gadget show, they reviewed docking station i think the Jive box came 2nd with the B&W zeppher thing first.

I've got the Harman Kardon Go + Play iPod Speakers, I think they are fantastic, sound great and look just as good. They've came down in price a lot aswell, I remeber paying over £250 for them a year ago, looking around I can see them for around £180.
