I'm currently running a 6750XT 12GB card I play on a 1440p monitor, budget is £500, I mainly play stuff like flight sims etc, is it worth upgrading? Been out of the loop for last few years so any suggestions?

What you have now is a good pairing, I personally wouldn't bother unless you're not able to use the settings or achieve the framerates you want at higher res/details.

If you got a 9070/9070 XT you'd end up wanting a CPU upgrade too and...
