Not sure if I could upgrade my Graphics Card without Upgrading my Power Supply or anything else.

Actually no, got plenty of space, I mainly download a game on Steam when I am playing it, if I stop playing that game for a while, just delete it, can always re download it, or I make a backup of it to put on my External Drive so dont have to redownload it.

Currently play games at 1920X1080X60

Sometimes within the game though the hear screeching fro my Graphics Card which is a known problem and doesn't bother me.

Really I am just asking advice if there is any need to upgrade anything at the moment?

SSD is the only thing i can see that looks as if it needs upgrading tbh. The core of the system is still pretty powerful. A gpu upgrade such as a 980ti/fury x would cost a fair whack and could be a bit overkill for a lot of games at 1080p.
