In the process of purchasing bits for my build. Currently got the Ryzen 1600AF, Tomahawk Max and looking for a GPU and Monitor now. I won't be spending much on both as I'm on a tight budget, I've got about £230-£250 max for the GPU and Monitor.
This will be used for general use, bit of basic video editing and not really for gaming. Any gaming will be very light.
Ideally I'd like a 24" monitor and would I be right to go for and IPS panel and 75Hz? Probably only want to spend £100-120 on the monitor.
