Hi

We have a requirement for some display screen PCs.

Needs to have VGA, SSD and RAM.

Needs to cost under £200 and we don't want to have to make it ourselves (so no barebones+components)

There are some old Brix bundles that look ok, but I think they are old stock and its saying 1-2 month delivery - We need 20 of these soon.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Above budget (£300-£400), otherwise I would have said look at the HP 260 G2 Mini, and the HP 800 G2 Mini ranges - as we have had 100+ of the 800 Minis and they have been fantastically reliable and perform decently.

Zotac ZBOX nano CI323 Plus (no OS)
MSI Cubi N-BN31502GXXDX10MB (Win10)

Ps. Your budget is quite low. Don't expect any miracles. If you can compromise on the VGA requirement, then you could also consider Intel Computing Sticks, for example.

Look up the Vorke V1. Can be bought from China for around £131 or £169 from their Spanish shop. Has a J3160 CPU which is the newer performance equivalent of a J1900. Comes with a Licenced copy of Windows 10 on a 64GB MSATA SSD and a 4GB SODIMM of RAM which can be both upgraded later. Also has an empty bay for an easily fitted additional 2.5" Hardrive or SSD via a tool-less twist-off base plate. Also has VGA & HDMI Out, Gigabit LAN, AC Wifi, 2x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0.

there are a LOT of mini pcs with Intel U processors available on Alibaba / eBay. Type as your search string a processor ie i7 6500U and you'll find what you are looking for. Though for 200 quid you may need to look for the i3s and i5s

We've beeing using an Asus Chromebit for out office status board screen. Works well for straight forward display purposes (we even have animation effects on the status board, which run smoothly). We set it up into Kiosk Mode and set it to load the status board page from our Intranet, so no manual intervention needed when power cycling. IIRC it only cost around £120.
Also very discreet, just sits nicely behind the TV in the HDMI post.

That said, I am now looking for something else as I want to take advantage of the 4K screen that is being used so will need something else with 4K output (the Chromebit is 1080p)

Edit: just noticed that this was an old thread (in my defense, it was still on the first page ;) ). Sorry for the necro post!
