Can anyone recommend anything. I've spent hours looking and can't seem to find a decent bench.
My requirements for the bench are:
Has to hold at least 170KG inc weights
Has to sit up at 90 degrees for shoulder press
Also be able to of course be adjustable in a few positions for chest press and fly etc.
Dumbells. I'd like a decent 40KG set where I can adjust the weight. I don't lift the same on bis as I do chest obviously. So buying fixed dumbells is a no no.
I deteste the spin lock... is there no other ones? Perhaps the clips?
Budget is around £100 for each... I'll spend a bit more if I need to.
