Looking for feedback on this...

Looks fairly stylish - only issue is the front grilles appear to have no dust filters between them and the internals?

Noise isolation might be a concern too?

It's not a bad looking case, I would assume it will be available in multiple colour schemes. Needs to be a reasonable price though, IMHO a case with a steel frame and plastic fascia needs to have something a bit special about it to break £80.

I'm assuming it is a prototype, no grommets in the cable routes, no dust filters, hideously inefficient grill to place a radiator behind in the roof, no tool less fittings in the 5.25" bays, front cages for HDD look like they are fixed in place and steel plate with little airflow facing the front of the case behind the front intakes.

Depending on price and release features that are corrected these would have a massive bearing on weather this would be worth investing in, on the face of it though it's a decent looking case. Antec really changing the design direction finally?

Sorry to chime in here with this but I really dislike this.

The whole front design looks terrible imho. Why is it tilted like this? The GX300 logo looks bad with the white thing (is this an LED? if so, even worse on the front).

The top is bad also. The compartment on top is similar to CM 690III correct? I say lose it. What is that silly slidy orange button? Arg.

Side looks nice if the thing wasn't tilted.

I could go on and on but this really does not do it for me sorry :(

Internals look fine but as stated, are there dust filters, grommets in the retail edition?

P380 looks fantastic though - absolutely LOVE the P380 and obviously you cannot please everyone!

Honest feedback, happens to be negative :/

1st pic:
- ew orange
- window should be square
- feet look weird
- front air holes too small

2nd pic:
- clear fan frames looks odd, should be black
- triangle is weird
- why the big dent in the top? could have a fan instead?

3rd pic:
- clear fan again, odd
- a kitten dies every time the front of a case is full of drive bays ppl dont rly need anymore

4th pic:
- omg it's an antec case, kinda disappointed by the errors - did you sack the guy who made the p180 or something? that case was better.

Agree it does look very cheep and garish,

  • The top section looks terrible with the GX300 branding (why do we need to know the model of the case? if it's a good case it will be recognizable from a distance)
  • The button on the top, and what looks to be a fan switch look very plasticity and cheep
  • No tool less optical bays, which unless it is a very low budget case all cases have these day even my grandparents e-sytems machine.
  • Missing grommets for cables, makes a case look 100% better both for the owner and other prospective buyers.
  • No visible dust filters for both the front and top, something that is vital.
  • From what I can see the front intakes are heavily restricted by the non removable 3.5inch and 2.5inch bays.
  • To finish it off, the pedestal it just highlights the plastic (cheep) feel of the case.

  • Only a slight thing, but please if you are going to the effort to make all the cables black, why leave out the fan cables and use red.

However the P380... now that is a good looking case. And granted it's in a completely different price bracket.

Just awful, I echo the all of the negative points above really. Looks like something an overpriced high street pre-build would have come in in 2007.

Tbh that does look good imo, but obviously not to everyone else. I think white would look ace :) Depends on the price though of course

I was always told if you haven't got anything positive to say, then dont say anything...
So i am keeping quiet :)

Suppose if the case fell into the under £40 category then you should get some sales

Antec are only releasing this case to new market countries, ie. india, africa, and some parts of asia, as it has an agressive price point.

I was not planning to bring this product to the UK, and most of the replies have confirmed my feelings.
