Well, the deal is that my current pc is getting a bit out of date so I need to pritty much fully upgrade it. I will be using it from mostly gaming, listening to music and watching movies. I am not sure how much my buget is but if somone could give the the spec for a resonably priced pc that would run most new and up and commin games that would be great. Basicly what I need is:

CPU
Motherboard
RAM
GFX Card
HD
Sound Card(optional)
PSU.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

CPU - 6300, 6600 (120 or 205 squids)
Motherboard Gigabyte DS3 or the P5B deluxe (both around the 100 mark)
RAM- 2GB geil 6400 (great price just now, £135 this week only)
GFX Card - 8800GTS (250, gainward)
HD - Hitachi deskstar 320gb sata-II (59, this week only)
Sound Card(optional) audigy 2, x-fi oem, you can pay no more than £30
PSU. Corsair 620w - about 110

Total spend - 800 squids, and you have a gaming monster :)

It would be easier if you give us a budget :) Some peoples idea of 'reasonably priced' is different to others ;)

around 800 sounds good, but am not sure how much a good rig sets you back these days :D

Should get a very nice overclock out of that as well :D

Trigger's spec is good. I wouldn't bother with 4GB TBH, wait until there is some 2 x 2GB kits to choose from.

I'd got for a tuniq or a ninja for cooling the CPU.
