Looking for help with upgrade choices!

Hey, I've decided to upgrade my system for the next generation of games. My budget isn't a huge issue but I don't want to spend ridiculous prices, and I don't necessarily have to get everything all at once.

Firstly my current specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.50GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail

MOBO: Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

GFX: Radeon HD 7800 series

RAM: Kingston hyperxblu 2x2gb

What I am looking for:

My priority is a graphics card upgrade and I am willing to spend up to £300 on this. My processor I believe to be fine for the time being so I imagine I will hold on that for a year or two. I don't know how dramatic an increase from 4gb to 8gb of ram would be but would definitely consider an upgrade in RAM (preferably to 2x4gb sticks, ditching the hyperxblu).

The other priority is cooling. I have no idea when it comes to cooling and still run stock in a Zalman Z9 plus tower case. So I am looking for a heat sink and any recommended fans as needed.

So all in all I want to upgrade:
Graphics card
Cooling: Heat sink and potential extra fans
Ram
optional: SSD, processor, mobo (pending budget).
 
That looks pretty good! Would I be sacrificing potential performance by opting to go with a product that comes with free RAM to save money? Or would you recommend this regardless? (basically would it be better to go with an alternative without free ram?)

Hmm the section is empty? It isn't in stock until tomorrow so that may have something to do with it? Either way I have the paypal receipt and the money came out my bank so should be able to rectify any potential problems!

Looked into the card a lot, looks real nice :D
 
Did any one have a good recommendation on a heat sink for around 30 - 50 pounds?

And should I be worried that my order hasn't shown up in any of the order sections considering the money has come out and also that it's also back in stock tomorrow?
