Looking for icon editor/designer

I need a new icon designer/editor, preferably easy to use, cheap and must work with Win7.
I've been using a prgram called Microangelo Creation for a few years but it keeps locking up (just freezes) and it doesn't do icons up to 256x256 so I'm looking for new software.

Any recommendations?

i use icofx. has some handy batch processing options as well. and it's free.

Another vote for IcoFX. I use it at work sometimes and it's really good.
