Why not AMD- They offer excellent value for money, or if you really want nVidia then a 670 is very close to the 680 and will save you some cash...

Forgot to say this, not much point in buying now, Haswell and the 700 series are coming out and hopefully will lower prices, so I would wait until June...

Do you have a mechanical HDD you can reuse? Also you could look at getting an SSD at a later date as well, I tried to not go over budget as well
