Sorry about all the threads but I really need to sort this out.

Basically I have an Xbox 360 that runs on component (the old version, so it does not support HDMI like the elite and newer models).

I need a screen that will support the 360 bearing in mind that the sound is running alongside the component so the screen will need sound next to the component inputs. I had a look at the Hyundai W240D-PVA and it supports all the inputs I need (component etc) and has a sound (headphone jack) input, but my only doubt about this screen is that the headphone jack could be too far away from the component inputs meaning I wouldn't be able to plug the 360's sound in.

Another doubt I'm having is the fact that it seems the 360 uses three cables for sound.

OK, I just found a brilliant review for this screen on YouTube which clearly shows all the connectors (2 for sound which are right next to the component inputs).

One thing I noticed though is the fact that the screen only runs at 3000:1 when it's running on digital. Does the same go for all 3000:1 screens? Would I need to get a DVI-D cable for my PC to make use of the 3000:1 contrast?

Thanks.

One random thing, not really helpful but a clarification:
The 360s component lead has two main cables, leading to the various cables, I reckon you are thinking that the yellow tipped composite video lead is a sound- it's not. Just the red/white stereo combo.

Of course, there's also optical, but that probably wouldn't be used at the same time. Not sure if it can be. =\

Thought of using seperate speakers?
