I've currently got some Galaxy Buds Pro, however they lack noise cancelling feature, I use them on transport and also I do use them at work for taking calls in a bank, but customer's don't like it when they hear the person at the other side of the desk like they're on the phone.

Not sure if there is anything in the region of £100 or less? I'd ideally like something that is usable for exercise so when I cycle home too, but obviously these buds are not because if they fell out that's the last i'd see of them.

Are there any that match my requirements?

Cheers.

They have Active Noise Cancelling. You have to activate it in the app, but it seems to work pretty well when I'm on site around industrial machinery and heavy London traffic...

Ah sorry I've got the galaxy buds + that may be why, not the pro

Am I misunderstanding things here?
The noise cancelling will stop you hearing other things. Will it contribute to the person on the other end of the call hearing things? Your mike picking up other voices than yours isn't related to ANC, but to the mike being directional. (I think.)

Oh right, ok yes I need buds that are able to allow customers to not hear other people around me. These Galaxy Buds + and also a Jabra headset I have are terrible. But I'd like one set of earphones / buds whatever I can use on transport, cycling and at work. I want wireless, else I'd just ask work to give me a set but they only provide wireless, and on quiet days I take long walks around the office when customer might be having a long word with me.
