Hi All

With your help I built my first PC last Dec and now I am looking to upgrade it's cooling, either with fans or water I have a budget of about £150 to £200 with my Birthday and Xmas.
my current build is as follows
• CoolerMaster MasterBox TD500 Mesh
• AOC C24G2AE/BK 24" monitor
• be quiet! Pure Power 11 500W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
• Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB (2x8GB) 3600 MHz AMD Ryzen Tuned DDR4 Memory Dual Kit
• AMD Ryzen 5 3600
• MSI MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI Motherboard
• MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB MECH OC Graphics

I am using the stock cooler that came with the Ryzen 5 3600, and the 3 x 120mm fans that came with the case.

So I'm thinking either cheap options of fans for back and top, possibly upgrade the cooler, or go down the water route with an AIO.

My average temp when playing a high spec game is around 70°C, but most games around 50°C

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I'd just get an 240 AIO with your budget range. You'll get a reasonable drop in load temps over the stock cooler and also save your ears - I don't think you need additional fans with your current hardware config

Im using the Arctic liquid freezer II and its the best cooler ive ever used, for the price the performance is insane. As for tower coolers, id say something like the Scythe Mugen 5 would be more than enough to cool your cpu.

I suppose I'm in the same boat as OP.

I currently have a be quiet! Dark Rock Slim CPU Cooler - 120mm, although I'm looking at AIOs. What difference in temps would I see with the CPU under load?
