Looking to upgrade from a ati hd 4870 512mb, i've been looking at getting a 6870 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-252-SP so far but not sure if i should get the 1 gig or spend another £36 for the 2 gig version.

Mainly looking for whatever would be the best card for the money and will last a few years, wondering if maybe there's another gpu out there that will be worth getting instead for a bit more money.

Will be playing BF3 on it mostly at 1920x1200, current cpu is a q6600 at 3.4 ghz, 4 gig of ram.

Was tempted to get the gtx 560ti 1gb/2gb as well but just can't make my mind up atm so any input about whether to go for 1/2gb and which card would be appreciated.

BF3 works better on Nvidia cards, I would be more inclined to get a GTX560 or go the bit extra for a ti version.

That's probably the card i'll go for in that case, is there any point in getting the 2gig version of it for 1920x1200 or just stick with the 1 gig?
