Looking for new HSF!

Currently have the Corsair H50 with 2 standard corsair fans in pushpull mode.

This is connected to my i5 760 (1156) @ 4.2ghz. I'm looking to go back to air cooled.

I'm also going to be buying a new case (Corsair 400r; http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-056-CS&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=1489)

So would need to fit in that. I was considering the Akasa Venom but now not so sure, budget around £50.

Do you have low-profile RAM and not ones with tall heatspreaders?
