Looking for new mb and CPU for a friend.

Anyone know the best deals for a fast i5 or i7 that can oc and a suitable mb to go with it for £200-250 Max.

No need to name shops just the items in question for the price range then I can look around online.

Not sure if 2nd hand is wanted so probs new.
