looking for new mobo/memory

im keeping everything else in my rig apart from mobo and memory...

money is kind of important, so no overdoing it. needs to be gtx sli friendly (nvid chipsets only then :() and as for memory, id like some that seriously overclocks well.

I'd seriously rethink the SLi idea, especially if you want to save money now. Only the 780i chipset supports SLi and the new penryn chips iirc, and they cost a fortune.

Just go P35 chipset and PC 8500 ram, you could do that for around 100-150 quid.

edit: Just spotted that you already have the GTXs. Apologies.

edit 2: The only 780i board in stock is the Asus P5N-T Deluxe nForce 780i, but that looks pricey.

As for the RAM I'd just get the OCuk PC 8500, its cheap, and runs faster at stock than most ram clocks to.

no, money isnt a huge factor, but nothing like 400 quid or something lol

i was thinking about the 8500 crucial ballistix... look quite tasty

and aye :( all the sli supported boards suck so i rele cant decide
