Hi, My very old Samsung SM226BW 22" has started flashing on startup for a about 30seconds until it gets 'warmed up' and then its fine.
However this is an excuse to upgrade
I have an 8gb GTX 1070ti setup and looking for a monitor to go with it.
My budget is about £300 but id be happy to throw an extra £50 if it was worth it.
Initially I was excited by this Samsung but I thought Id get some suggestions.
A friend as an iMac and although my graphics card is better and maxed out on almost anything I play his iMac has much better detail and the effects look better, I can only assume this is down to a better resolution and newer tech.
Also been reading about Gsync but Ive got to admit, screen tearing has never bothered me (hardly notice it as it happens quickly) so is it worth it or just personal preference?
