I have finally got round to replacing my monitor (19" Sony Bravia from 2005 with a whopping resolution of 1280x768
)
I have decided that I want to get a 16:10 monitor as I find 16:9 too wide for my regular use and feel that the extra height would be better - I'm not a gamer (I only play Minecraft!) and I mainly use my PC for video editing and programming in various environments.
I have narrowed my hunt down to either the NEC MultiSync® E222W (£138.60) or the Benq BL2201PT (£135.50) but can't decide between the two. Both monitors have the same specifications except for the NEC having a CCFL backlight and the Benq having LED.
Which would you recommend?
