Hi all,
During the heavy snow falls I've been stuck in the house and unable to get in to work. I work at the same company as my dad and we've discovered that only one of us can make a vpn connection at a time on our old Netgear router
I've also got a new laptop on order which I'll be using wirelessly a lot, so I'm looking to buy a new router, unfortunately I've never looked into this side of things at all.
What information am I looking for on router specs that say how many outgoing connections I can make?
Apparently the router will need to support "ALG" as well to be able to connect to the same VPN server.
If anyone has any suggestions on a router as well that would be great. I'm guessing a Cisco of some sort will be able to handle all this pretty well. Willing to splash the cash a little as long as it's not over the top
