Looking For Old Documentary

Hi,

I wondered if anyone could help me find out the name of a documentary that was on the TV in the late 90's.

It was about the ways in which the police solve crimes.

The case from the series im interested in is a house fire that happened in Seacroft, Leeds around 1994, where the parents of two children set the house on fire for an insurance fraud attempt, killing one and injuring the other child. The surname of the family was Cunningham, the childs first names were, Billy and Jimmy.

Do you remember what channel it was on ? Worth phoning around the tv stations.

Another idea could be to contact the local police station which dealt with this crime. Perhaps they would have details of which company produced the documentary ? As they would have been going through the polic archives/files . . . .
