Looking for one title and still nothing

Hey guys.

I am looking for one title of PC game.. I remember it was long ago on Win98 (i believe so).
I remember it was on CD then, the game started with view of street and then man walking into the bar.
Everything was happening at night... Then you could see some subtitles.. this is all that I can remember.

It was like one of those point and click games I believe + felt like criminal or so.

Hopefuly we can figureout it somehow.

Nope. Not Larry series. It was like London street or something. It was more realistic than Larry. I felt like main character is detective or so.

Neoglow - we're close. Graphic looks like this but the game started entering some cafe/bar in the city.
But yeah! This type of game
