Looking for Rainmeter skin...

Hey all, I came across this image whilst browsing another forum, and instantly wanted to find out where I could get the skin from. I know that all of the information that's down the left hand side is just Rainmeter alone, I don't have a problem with that, I'm more talking about the awesome Start button that's been used on this... I really want to know where to find it. I have looked, but probably in the wrong places.

I would be grateful if anyone could point me in the correct direction.
